I was a full time employee and reference letter mentions me as a full time employee, I was not sure how many weeks I worked less than 30 hours. I checked my paychecks and posted above what I have found.

As i said earlier, if your reference letter states full time with hours, then nothing to explain. This is what CIC wants & expects.

If you can give yourself 2 extra weeks so the full-time weeks are well and truly established.

This is what scares me. I don't want to decline ITA as my scores are only at 462. Also PCC of my home country is approaching 6 months from the date of issuance in 10 days.

Why should that be?
CIC clearly stated that

Your experience must be at least 12 months of full-time (30 hours of paid work per week or more) or an equal amount in part-time hours.

The reason I said to wait 2 weeks is the following:

1) You said you have 50 full-time weeks (46+4)

2) you said you have 2 part-time weeks

3) 2 part-time weeks do not make 1 full-time week.

4) its wrong for your employer to write you were Working full-time for the duration of 1 year.

5) if you work 2 more full-time weeks you have a legitimate claim to working at least 52 full-time weeks.

6) Remember during this process CIC can communicate with any government agencies during the process of assessing the viability of your employment application. If the CRA or the Department of Labor were to do a payroll audit if your employer and you were found to work less than 52 full-time weeks while declaring the opposite both you and your employer would be in trouble.

7) How long do you have left before your ITA expires?

2 paychecks of 2015 for 30 hours mean 2 full weeks (4 part time weeks)

He said 4 part time weeks so that makes to 2 full time weeks to complete 52 weeks for an year.

My apologies, yes you're right. I read it as 2 part-time weeks. Yes CanadaWeCome is right. You're all clear to apply.

Does this mean that if I have, for example, 25 hours of employment per week, that counts as 25 hours, and not 15? I was under the impression that part time work always counts as 15 hours, and full time always 30 hours- anything beyond these baselines is not counted.
Anyone?

Anything above 30 hours counts as 30 hours.

Part time hours count as whatever they are. 15 hour is 15 hours. 24 hours is 24 hours. 8 hour is 8 hours. To calculate your full time hours from your part time hours, you add all of your part time hours together and divide by 30.

This is excellent! It means I am not losing out on 10 hours of work per week!
I mean, I still had enough hours to qualify, but still haha, this makes me feel a whole lot better. Thanks :)
So basically, at 25 hours a week since August 2013, I more than meet the requirement already, right?
I already have work experience going all the way back to June 2010, but I would like it if it was met from August 2013 onwards haha.

But i am still confused as i am not sure for how many weeks in any given 2 week pay cycle, i worked 45+20 hour combinations. I mean, i am not sure if this is something i should worry about.

Regarding my part time weeks, I took 4 weeks in may 2015 off to visit my home country. But I worked about 60 hours the week before leaving, so the paycheck for last week of April (worked 60hrs) nd first week of may( in my absence from work) came out to be 60 hours for 2 weeks. Now I wasn't even in Canada that week, is it considered working part time or nothing?
Same happened when i came back from my home country after 4 weeks. I worked 62 hours and the paycheck for last week of May(my absence) and first week of june has 62 hours worked for 2 weeks. Any inputs on this situation.
