How long roughly would it take to get acceptance if it was straightforward, in people's experiences?

Thank you

Can you clarify what you mean? Are you asking about submitting an Express Entry profile so that you can be selected under Express Entry? Or have you already received ITA (i.e. been selected under Express Entry) and are submitting your actual application?

I would say seven months - assuming you have enough points to be selected as part of the next round of invitations.

How long it takes to receive an ITA depends on your CRS.
You will receive an ITA if your CRS is higher than the cutoff in the next draw. Draws are roughly every 2 weeks, but there is no set schedule.

Processing time once you've received an ITA ranges anywhere from 5 months to 1 year.
