if i send new passport to CHC will i have to do all process again ??

As CHC has asked me to get my daughters photograph updated as its not matching with the photo on the forms so due to that i have to apply for new passport
can any one tell me that if i send new passport to CHC then the passport no will change and will have to go thru the all procedure again as medicals and forms download to correct passport no
my RPRF Fee has been paid

I have applied for new passports for all of my family to add surname

They will also issue me new booklets

i think there is no problem ...they will make changes in their system on thier own

U have to send old as well as new passport( if any) of each applicant, so there would be no problem at all.

As you already know that i have applied for addition of surname in our PPs and we have just received updated PP of my daughter.

I think i will be receiving mine in 1-2 days ...

do we need to send the updated information to CHC .... or should i just e-mail them ...

No need to do anything at the moment, just send old and new PP together at the time of PP request. I u wish, then at the time of PP submission it would be better if u ll give details( about addition of surname) in the cover letter.

Yes i have already sent them letter that i am applied for addition of surname and have attached slips from RPO my brother advised me to send photocopies of all passports and notify them that i have received my passports back and request them to add now information to their system .....


But i think this may disturb the process
