If I provided email address, would I receive email if application is returned

Hi Guys,

Oct 16th applicant here (received via courier).

If I provided email address, would I receive email if application is returned. Or do I just get my application mailed back with no email notification...

if your application is returned, you will receive notification when you receive it in the mail. CIC will not tell you before hand they will be returning it.

if you gave an email address, and CIC doesnt return your application, only requests a missing form or document, then most likely the request will be sent by email to the sponsor. no one can 100% guarantee this, as CIC has been known to send regular mail requests and sponsor approvals. a MAJORITY of missing document notifications are sent through email.
