If i learn french will i be able to get PR faster ?

I have currently 443 points and after i retake my English test (aiming for perfect score) i will be on the 470's. right now all programs draws are beyond 490 and im running out of hope and options. If i were to learn French and somehow get a 7score in all categories will this make it easier for me to get in ?

I have seen that the French language proficiency draws are down in the 430-470

Do you know any French? If not, are you willing to immerse yourself or spend a considerable time on it? You need to proficient and not just beginner French.
