If I apply for canada Immigration(Permanent Residence) under skilled worker from US rather than India can I get the canada perment residence soon. Appreciate if any one can advice me in this regard.

From what we have seen so far,it is possible between 6-12 months

It is also possible any where btw 0-27 mos. I sure do not like to say that, but the reality sometimes is bitter and hard. Still, the important fact is : Each case is unique and different, and also the visa office where you send your application makes a big difference as to how long it takes to finalize your application.

Does this processing time (Buffalo and other offices) apply to Family Class Sponsorship as well as Skilled Workers?
