IF CONSULTANT REFUSED TO SHARE PASSWORD ..WHAT TO DO?

HELLO FRIENDS,

i have a problem..my consultant is untraceable, his fone is off and not coming to office. i received ITA in jan end and now m clueless what to do ? hw to access my profile as i dont have anything ..just a profile number and the emails id where CIC send emails,i meanregistered email id ..now how can i proceed further as i feel i have to do all work myslf but i need to first login into my id to accept the ITA...please help anyone...

if the email ID you have is the one registered with CIC, you can always go for a password reset via the forgot password option. there is nothing you can do if you are unable to get the password. CIC wont be able to help you much in this regard. You can still try and contact them and try to explain your situation.

not to worry dear. if you have express entry file number just create login in CIC and communicate with CIC mentioning the express file number.
Consultant have their separate login , they are not creating login for each client. if your consultant is registered consultant. If he/she fraud created separate login you need to create a separate.
CIC will remove your file from consultant and will add to your account.

honestly you are in deep shit i would say. creating a duplicate profile will only worsen the situation in my opinion. try to somehow get hold of the agent if possible. if i were you i would try to call CIC and check if they can do something. The profile information will have your information (passport number, name, dob etc) so you can tell them about the situation and they might be able to help.. though not guaranteed.

Did you try contacting IRCC?
Do you have the ITA? OR the UCI number or anything that can be traced to your profile?

Yes I did contact the IRCC. They asked me to fill a cancellation of representative form and upload it to web form which I did. Unfortunately I don’t know what name they have mentioned for representative first and last name. So I only know the firm name. So they replied me and said they need the persons first and last name which I don’t know as it’s a big firm and it can be anyone’s name on there.

Yes I have the copy of my ITA. I am on my work permit right now and I believe the UCI will be same as on my WP.

Can you not reset your username and password using that information?

File a police report and attach that to your webform request to IRCC

Kay2018 - consultants usually have their own portal for all their clients. So it’s not like they create a new username and password for my profile.

I don't know if that will work, but assuming you exhaustively tried to contact the consultant I think filing a police report can also protect you in case he/she messes up with your application.
