If a birth is registered late? Spouse Sponsorship

Greetings!

This query is specific to the "country specific requirements" (India) in the process of Sponsorship application.
Per CIC, How does the immigration of Canada consider as a birth registered late?

my spouse, was born on April 1996 and her birth was registered on Nov 1996. Is this considered to be late register?

please advice..
