My score is above 67. My IELTS validity is up to 17-may 2020 and i want to start my immigration process now. Is it possible to get the nomination from one of the PNP before my IELTS result validity expires? Or what i should do to get PNP nomination on this IELTS score?

As the saying, its always better to be safe than sorry. Apply with your current score, if your profile gets picked by any province you have to follow their application procedures further. If not, no harm you can submit another application with new IELTS score.
It means i should not proceed with current score right? Can i do this procedure parallelly like on one side process of wes and application based on my ielts score and on other side ielts exam preparation? Or What should i do now?

Just prepare well and give your IELTS again. In parallel you can submit your application with existing IELTS and WES details. Best Wishes!
