IELTS slot availability, Computer programmer quota/cap

Hi,
I am a Computer Programmer. IELTS slot is available only in June 2nd week. By the time I get the results, it will be July.

Do you think, the CAP or Quota would be available till July, 2013?

It's all about luck. You can register yourself, and keep checking the quota on the website. Its a surprised category, and most of Computer Programmers might not have taken IELTS yet.
