Minimum requirement is to get 6 band in each section which is equivalent to CLB 7 and each section weigh different marks according to its individual CLB level. If you fill your details in CRS tool at CIC website you can also see the marks allotted to language.

For revaluation, I was also thinking to get it done but it could take around 6-8 weeks. I got L 8.5, R 8.0, S 7.5 but W 6.5 and it is making difference of more than 50 points in my CSR.
