plz anyone can reply me ...as i want to know that if someone has provincial approval and also have permanent job offer and his catagory is skilled worker not family class...as he has no relative in canada...plz tell me that after getting pnp approval what ielts band cic visa officer is asking for...is 5 band overall ok in case of skilled worker in noc b...but he is not in family class only skilled worker with job offer ...plz tell me as cic visa officer is asking for ielts what band they want to see...is 5 ok ...
