I have applied for PR in 2008 under a NOC code that was changed under skilled category.
I have taken IELTS in Feb 2008.
Now I want to apply under a different NOC that is still considered under skilled worker category.
presently from June 2010, they want the IELTS score to be attached with the original application.
Do I need to take IELTS again or can I use the old one.
Me and my wife originally from India and presently in USA.
We may stay here till April 2011.
Does it make any difference if I apply from USA or India regarding processing times.
