I would like to recommend to do your self. There are plenty of stuff available online like YouTube, different blogs and website. Like for writing, no one is better than Ryan t Higgins who can be found on YouTube.
Yeah if you are having problem with English language then I would like to recommend you to go to the good institution like eureka, Berlitz and so on.
Ielts is not a rocket but just game if tricks and tactics which you can find them online.
