Even I have got confused now.

The question was something like -

-The mail can be redirected to a new address if requested.

Passage said -

All mails will be redirected to the new address.

All in all, mails would be redirected whether they are requested or not.

It could be not given if nothing was mentioned about redirection to new address.

It has been mentioned "all mail". In question they have specified about "letters" ,so that gets included in the list.
Moreover, For this service, we need to raise request. So Ideally I assume that the answer is "True"
