IELTS and Job required for common-law partner if Not Applicant?

Hi,

I am applicant who will apply for CEC. Can you please advise me that my wife also require IELTS when we both file in CEC ? Actaully, i want to file for my wife as well when i apply as applicant and she will be my dependent.

do she required to take IELTS and also any JOB if she is not applicant ?

IELTs is Not required for her.

Since, you are the main applicant you must fulfil all the requirements of CEC. Dependants need not.
