IEC work permit extension conditions

Please help me with what this means. I have been granted my IEC working holiday visa extension but have these conditions. I was able to work for the past 2 years and says “status maintained as per R183(6)” But also says unless authorized, I cannot work.
Seems like they are contradicting their selves here and I’m not sure if they have granted my extension to work or not..

1. Unless authorized, prohibited from engaging in employment in Canada
2. Must leave by April 2018
3. Unless authorized, prohibited from attending any educational institution or taking any academic professional or vocational training course

Remarks/Observations:
Temporary resident status maintained as per R183(6)
