Hello, I am currently on an IEC Visa from the UK which expires on September 12th 2018! I have applied for PR through Express Entry but only have 321 points so a month ago I applied for the BC Provincial Nominee Programme but haven't had a response yet. I tried to apply for a work permit so I could continue to work while I wait for PR but the online CIC questionnaire says I'm not eligible as I don't have an LMIA. As I am already working in the job wanting to sponsor me I don't think I can get an LMIA, if my BCPN goes through then I won't need an LMIA but I'm worried it won't go through in time. Some advice would be much appreciated!
