IEC Program - Deemed Rehabilitation

You are eligible to apply. It says so right in the eligiblity requirements. I have stated so twice in my above posts that it is possible to apply.

None of you can answer my question. Please listen carefully. My main point is "DEEMED REHABILITATION", NOT "CRIMINAL REHABILITATION". Do I need to repeat again? Very annoyed and frustrated.
