I got ITA in the 23rd Jan draw. I'm filling my application for permanent residence and would need some advice regarding Identification document for my two children.
I have two kids, 2 1/2 yrs and another one 5 months old. They both do not have their passports yet, and no National ID card yet, as here in Mauritius, you get your National ID card at the age of 18 yrs. However, on their birth certificates there is a National Identity No, which is the same number that you would get on you National ID Card.
Do you think I can use that while applying for PR or do you advise me to apply for their passport right now and use that when filling the forms for PR?
