ICT work permit location restrictions

My friend has received her ICT work permit and there’s a work location restriction (Mississauga) but she’s living in Oshawa. Will this be an issue when she applies for PR later?
Does living location matter ?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Friend is fine living in Oshawa. The work location and assume the office is Mississauga. Most people commute in the GTA.

Thank you so much for the information! That’s correct, her office is in Mississauga. Does she have to show proof of the commute when she applied for PR or does the company have to provide the proof?

No she doesn’t. It will show on her T4 the company she worked for and the location.
