ICT Work Permit LMIA exempt Points for Express Entry

Hi,

I currently work in the US and about to receive my Canada Work Permit that was filed under Intra Company Transfer, Specialized skill and LMIA exempt. I also have an open Express Entry profile that I'm looking to see if I can claim 50 points. Will I be able to claim 50 points now or should I work for one year and only then will I be able to claim these additional points?

I'm looking for the option(s) to boost my overall points right now and not wait for one year. What are the options? I'm not sure if my employer will support or encourage me to apply for PR at this time, so cannot really reach out to them for help with this.

Please help.

You cannot claim the points now. You must work for one year.
