ICT work permit approved, need help

Hi,

My ICT work permit is finally approved after a wait of 6 months. I applied from malaysia but currently I am in Pakistan.

Can I submit my passport in VFS Pakistan or I need to go back malaysia to submit it.

Please help if you know

Applied: 1st Sept
Medical: 8th Dec
