ICT to Permanent resident in canada

I m working in Canada with intra-company transfer work permit by my employer. My question is,

1. will I get bonus points for working in Canada if I complete my one year of experience coming under CEC?
2. My employer is a startup company here in Canada, is there any possibility to get PR with the help of my employer without waiting for my experience to complete apart from LMIA job offer?

Canadian work experience gained on ICT work permit is considered valid Canadian work experience. I don't fully understand your second question.
