ICT+SOWP extension at same time

My spouse ICT and my SOWP expires on 23rd Feb 2026. Is it possible to apply extension together in one application? Does IRCC will approve ICT first and then will work on my case?

I am from tier 1 NOC and eligible to apply.

Since your LMIA exemption has been approved then you can apply together. Whether both are approved will only be known when decision is made. SOWP approval will depend on how long you have been in Canada already, and whether ICT work permit is extended beyond 16 months. If less than 16 months the SOWP should be refused.
