I am in Quebec provice on work permit. Since Aug 2015, I have been working on work permit through ICT under specilized skill category( A category) with exempt from Labour market opinion, my ICT job offer is valid till Jan-2019( which is more than 1 year from now).
Now I am moving back to my base location in india. I wanted to apply for express entry, how can I get the points( 50 points) on ICT under arranged employment section.
Do I need to stay in Canada and apply for express entry to have the ICT benefit or I can still get the points even by applying from India?
to get the points from ICT, is it necessary to stay in Canada and working till the process is complete or with valid ICT letter I can apply from India?
