ICT Canada Work permit question for spouse eligibility to travel along and work in Canada.

My husband's organization have initiated ICT Canada work permit and I have few questions:

1. Do I need to apply for my work permit seperately or I will automaticaly get an open work permit?
2. Can I continue to work remote on India payroll till the time I get a stable job in Canada as my current organization have offices in Canada as well.

1. There is no automatic approval if you don’t apply. You can apply separately now. Processing is around 31 weeks.
2. Yes.
