Icbc kept my license for secondary verification and didn’t let me take learners test

i have a valid indian license since 2013. I went to give the learners test today. But icbc Richmond didnt let me give it. They said they have to send it for secondary verification to check if it is valid. How does icbc check it? What do i do if they say it is fraud

They check both locally and with the issuing country.

Same problem with me today , Actually i lost my original dl and i had a copy of my dl , they sent my dl for verification and i also told them that its a copy and i submitted two driving records , will there be any problem ?

yeah, if you don't have the original license with you, this will be an issue. How are they to know your photocopied license is in anyway valid?

Hi ,
I have also submitted two driver records paper with original stamp from punjab government and signature of officer .

Hi same thing happened with me today. They kept my license for verification and didn’t let me do the knowledge test. So now will they contact me after verification or i should call them?
