@HP_FSW: ICAS is the most stupid assessment agency for this exercise. They are rude and do not stick to time lines. They promised to deliver in approximately ten weeks and have never lived to this. I also regret using them as I am in the same shoe with you. For me, I had to pay for WES. They already started my evaluation and promised to complete in by 2 December.

If you can, I advise you have WES do your assessment. It will be in your best interest as the year is fast coming to an end and the caps are getting full.

The documents that arrived on October actually arrived in September, they took a month to confirm their arrival.

I gave up and did my process with WES also. Everything took less then a week once the documents were there.

Done and received my ECA from WES. ICAS is VERY USELESS. They received my completed documents for over 10 weeks now and nothing has changed. Thank God I had to commence with WES. I received mine in less than three weeks after they received my complete documents.

Please send ICAS out of business by telling everyone to avoid them.

for ECA we only need to send our latest educational degree right?

for someone who has done bachelor's degree he/she only needs to send that and not the older documents like secondary degrees right?
