Still waiting ...7- 7.5 months

Looks like ICAS is nightmare. Taking almost year for entire process in the name of high volume and requests. How WES is managing to do so fast? They are extremely slow. CIC needs to regulate them or do something. 10-12 months is just too much of time.

Anyone have idea how many days it normally takes for status change after the documents have been delivered by courier?

i.e from Application Received to Documents Received (or Additional Information / Documents Received)

There isn't even way to confirm they indeed received the documents through courier or not. At least they should acknowledge the documents are received from courier services. Its really frustrating.

There isn't even way to confirm they indeed received the documents through courier or not. At least they should acknowledge the documents are received from courier services. Its really frustrating.

In my experience it takes around 5 days but if you know the documents have arrived then give them a call or send an e-mail and prompt them.

They'll probably be done with September 2018 by the end of this month. My documents were received towards end of October 2018. How about you?

15-20 days back they were processing files at an excellent pace.. i was hoping to get the results by the end of this month only. But now it seems impossible. Moreover they have some holidays starting this Friday uptill Monday. I just wish to get the results by the 1st week of may

My file is in queue since 10 oct 18

I got email from ICAS and they told me; "Currently, our Document Control Unit is processing documents which had physically arrived in our office on March 26, 2019."

Honestly, they shouldn't be on the list anymore, they are the slowest
