Hi, it means that they need additional documents from you. They usually tell you via email what is missing. Once you have sent the documents they have stated in their email communication to you then they will proceed with your application.

That is strange because they usually send an email before they change your timeline. Try to call them tomorrow when they are open if they still won't have sent you this communication by then. Then they should be able to inform you over the phone what additional documentation they need from you.
