IBM dosent give you experience while you are on job. you will only get an automated letter from ibm site which says you are ibm employee and working with IBM since so and so year . what you can do is ask your Manager to give you in writing that IBM dosent give experience letter and role and responsibilities while you are on job and you can use the same to show your tenure in IBM.
