Hi,
This is a 1 year (2 sem+1 sem co-op/internship ), 60 credits PG -DIPLOMA (not a PG certificate... like in Most of Ontario colleges which are only 30-40 credits/year). One forum member is presently pursuing this course. It's a course with high study load, lots and lots of assignments, projects and almost weekly/daily tests. You will need to put in long hours and a good effort to clear this course. In short..it's a difficult and a course teaching in-depth of International Business. It's indeed a good course. The co-op... you can pursue anywhere in world, as long as the job is related to IB. Few, students have even pursued their co-op as far as in China and Latin America.
In past, students passing out of this course have manage to find a skilled job in this field (IB). It really depends on your personal abilities, skills, language abilities, academics, networking, how well you bag a co-op in Manitoba/Canada and ultimately be successful in finding a job related to this field.
The place- Winnipeg is brutally cold (like any other place in Canadian prairies) and the course load will be so heavy, that you won't find time for personal leisure.. so forget working part-time and paying monthly expenses. It would cost approx. 600-700$/ month to live independently.. so as to focus solely on your studies.
On other hand, Manitoba international student PNP is quiet attractive, where after passing out from this course... You need to find ANY full time job..do that same job (with same employer) for 6 months... and you will be eligible to apply for PNP nomination. So, 1 year PGWP should be enough to secure PR... provided MPNP doesn't shut down.

Best of Luck.
