i was rejected twice different reasons not related

i received letter of acceptance from Canadian institution Conestoga college winter session business administration marketing COOP program, i applied twice from embassy of Canada abu dhabi UAE, i had required documents and requirement with over 37000 Canadian dollars into my account, by then i was the lone sponsor, i gathered more resources then filed in for second application added my dad as sponsor with 100000 canadian dollars available cash , i was still rejected based on fact i am security guard in united Arab emirates and have no status to travel after fulfilling all requirements , so does that imply being a security means i cant improve my well-being and my family or i will never grow in life ?

when did you applied? and to get the real reason why you rejected you should apply for caips but it take 25 days

What evidence did you demonstrate to show you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans to remain in Canada long term? What is your past education and marks achieved? What are you IELTS scores? Did you include a letter to explain why you want to take this program in Canada and what you hope to achieve with it?

i applied first time october 15 and second time november 15 and my program is due to start january 15th i paid tuition for one year already and quite complicated to get fee refund, i already applied for real reasons why it was denied but i was not told till date , i applied november 1

i included all the above , i am Cameroonian i had all legal requirements ready but i was told my current immigration status, limited employment prospects were reasons advanced why i could not receive a visa , i had strong ties to my home country as well as required english proficiency but when they saw security guard on my passport it became an issue

Did you include a statement of purpose? You would have needed to adequately explain why you want to pursue this education in Canada given you are currently working as a security guard. CIC wants to see that someone is a genuine student and isn't simply looking to come to Canada on a study permit as a means of eventually immigrating. So you would have wanted to explain your situation and why you can't simply take a course in business administration either in the UAE or your home country.

i did all that i explained that in the study plan really i filled all the required forms and information ,because i said i cant study that in my home country and in United arab EMirates but it seems all the strong points i gave against UAE was now used against me to affix me visa denial

except i will have to push the intake for September because that is when the next intake is available for coop program in conestoga in the program of my choosing, i well applied earlier in advance so that at the end of my program i can go home and renew my passport but now i dont know
