I was Lucky to Cross the Borders But...

Hello,

At the moment( and since early this year) I am not meeitng the RO, But I was lucky to come via Toronto Airport and they did not question me regarding my RO, they just asked me if I got cash or not!

However, Now I have discovered that I lost my PR card which will expire SEP 2020, I was not planning to go out of Canada till April 2021 ( once I met my RO) anyways.

My Question:
1- If I try to issue a replacement for my lost PR card they will check RO and possibly take action?
2- How can I issue OHIP card, they asked my for my PR card, a photocopy will work for them?

1. Yes they will. You should avoid any form of contact with IRCC till you meet RO again
2. No photocopy won't do. Use your COPR

If OHIP works the same way as Service Canada, a COPR over a year old may not be acceptable.
