In late 2015 I was arrested for conspiracy to theft over $10000. I was questioned for hours then just let go. I wasn't charged or anything like that. I didn't have my prints taken or picture taken even. How do I answer the question? Should I be looking for a lawyer ?

Check 'Yes', and write details in a comment section below. You should be fine since it wasn't a conviction or any pending charges in court.
