There is no easy way to move to Canada. You will need to research Canada's economic immigration programs which are provided in the link below. Based on your age, you should expect it will be very difficult to qualify to immigrate.

If I can get tourist visa and decide to stay in Canada upon my arrival, will they allow me to register my children in one of the canadian school, please I need your opinion.

No. Your children will need study permits to attend school in Canada. They cannot attend school as a visitors. You will need to pay tuition of around $15,000 for each child since they will be international students - so around $45,000 total each year.

Hi, even though your chances maybe slim in getting a visa for your entire family...The answer to your question is below.

What the law says
Children must attend school

In Ontario, the Education Act says that children must attend school. The only way that a child can be excused from attending school is for one of the reasons set out in the Act, for example, because they are sick.

A child who is 6 years old before the first day of school in September must go to school. Most children start school earlier by attending a kindergarten program when they are 4 or 5 years old.

Schools cannot refuse to admit children

It is against the law for a school to refuse to admit a child who is under 18 years of age only because the child or the child’s parent or guardian is in Canada without immigration status.

The Education Act says:

A person who is otherwise entitled to be admitted to a school and who is less than eighteen years of age shall not be refused admission because the person or the person’s parent or guardian is unlawfully in Canada. (Section 49.1)

The Ministry of Education has told school boards across the province that they cannot refuse to admit children only because their parents do not have immigration papers.

Schools should not refuse to admit children only because their parents do nothave:

  • proof of immigration status or proof that they have applied for status
  • a work permit or social insurance number
  • Ontario Health Insurance Program (OHIP) coverage.
There are more details about this on the Ministry of Education website in Policy/Program Memorandum No. 136 at www.edu.gov.on.ca/extra/eng/ppm/136.html.

What the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act says

In Canada, the provinces have the power to make laws about education. But the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act also confirms children's right to go to school:

Every minor child in Canada, other than a child of a temporary resident not authorized to work or study, is authorized to study at the pre-school, primary or secondary level. (Subsection 30 (2))

This makes it clear that, for example, a child under 18 years of age who is claiming refugee status in Canada, or who has no status in Canada, does not need a study permit from Citizenship and Immigration Canada to go to school.

This is incorrect for the age of his children...In Ontario it is at least.

No this is correct. If registering as an international student it is between 10-15K. Parents would not be able to stay with their children and they will have to find a guardian for their children.

This may be a useful reference, note high school section in costs for international students and section on study permits which are required if attending school for more than 6 months unless specific conditions are met which would not be with visitor status.

Add to that of course even if OP succeeds in getting 5 visitor visas by convincing IRCC they are genuine visitors they may not get an authorised stay on arrival more than 2-3 weeks so the question on attending school or entitled to attend or not seems a mute point.

You and your wife being able to stay in Canada and registering your children to attend school in Canada are two separate processes entirely.

Even having Canadian-born children does not grant the parents any right/privilege to stay in Canada--you should expect that having children attending school in Canada as international students does give any special privileges to parents either.

The first answer was the best one, to have you and your wife apply for PR through economic immigration. However, given your age, it will be difficult as economic immigration favours youth over experience, plus we don't know if you and your wife have any skilled work experience.

Thanks for your time taking answering my question, yes we have small bakery business and we are both bakers
I just need a change in environment and good education for my children, hope to get more information from you.

Unfortunately bakers will likely not give you enough points or get you selected. Canada is usually looking for young, educated (at least 2 post secondary degrees) or specialized skill in demand, very good language scores in English or French, etc. It will be extremely difficult to qualify for your family.

Bakers would fall under Skilled Trades (not Skilled Worker), which requires either a job offer in Canada or a Certificate of Qualification.
Language and education requirements for Skilled Trades are different from Skilled Worker.

Your best chances are probably to look at the pilot programs, like the Atlantic Immigration, or the upcoming Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (rules/qualifications not yet announced) this fall...if you don't mind the cold or rural areas.

All opinion take into accounts, although I got diploma in Business Admin. Thanks to everyone vital information God bless.
