Yes. Most probably this month anytime. 8 am to 4 pm (Sask time)
Keep your application ready. You will only get time to press Submit. It completes in just 2 to 3 hours.

2147 for past three years experience.

2171 current one year experience.

Please note I have masters degree in wireless communication system and bachelors in electronics and communication eng..

NOCs 2171, 2174, 2281 and 2282 are in NSNP Demand list and non regulated.

NOC 2147, 2173 AND 2175 are in SINP Demand list and regulated.
2147 takes min. 1 year to obtain license.
2173 and 2175 take min. 2 months.

- is that mean I will have to apply 2147 code which will take one year to get license and then only I can apply SINP online.

You can apply for 2147 without license. But they will hold your Nomination until the license is found.
Yes. You are eligible for NSNP with your ECA only. This is very useful forum for NSNP.
