Dear all,
My Name is Joseph! I am from Ethiopia and lives in Italy. I have BSc in Electrical Engineering and I will hold my MSc in Telecommunications Engineering after few months. Canada is my dream country that I want to live rest of my life. All my BSc and Masters program is in English. So that, I didn't take any English language tests. These days I started looking for job offers but it's really difficult to get it. Is there anyone who can help me by giving some detailed information regarding this issue. It might be easier if I met someone who passed this life path. I am really eager and motivated to do all I can do. Thanks in advance

Hi, it doesn't matter how long you have been speaking English, everybody applying for permanent residency through the Express Entry program needs to take the test of English. You will need to study the process as explained at this link, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/pub/ee-presentation-en.pdf

You need to asses if you are qualified to apply here, http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp

Also study these links, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/index.asp

Then follow the conversations at this section of the forum to get help, http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-im...rums/express-entry-expression-of-interest.54/

You need to start by getting your degrees assessed and do the language tests before considering applying
