I want to change College

I've paid my first semester Fee, Submitted my visa application. Now I want to change my college from centennial to lambton for some reasons.
Suppose if there isn't any seat available in program at lambton, Can i stay in canada till next intake as a student ? Do i need to inform CIC about this.
Will they extend my visa for this reason ? Program status at college website is closed , but i've dropped them an email to enquire about program availability. I have no other option than lambton.

Apply for Jan intake in lambton , get LOA, go to centennial after visa, withdraw course, but remember u need to have LOA at the time of withdrawl, but they will deduct $1000 approx.
