I want to ask how long it takes once case is sent to London visa office for Pakistani spouse? my case has been sent to LVO in June but no further notification till now.

Normal, LVO is very slow and very busy. You're looking at 12 ish months roughly for the whole process as the target states.

12 months or longer there is a theard in here where there is spouse sponsoring there husband or wife from pakistan
