Got the offer letter from Canadian university. Looking to apply for study permit.
Can somebody guide me the required and such documents which can make the case stronger?
Also, I'm physically disabled student. Is it rational to mention that in statement of purpose?

I would recommend you join the International Students section of the forum.

To be approved, you want to demonstrate that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. You should also make sure your planned studies in Canada make sense in light of your previous education and experience. Also, it will help if you have previously visited countries requiring visas such as the US or UK.

I'm not sure how you had planned to mention your physical disability in your SOP. However this could work against you.

I do not have any travel history unfortunately.
What is the best way to prove strong home ties? By presenting my father's land & property documents?
Also. I do not want to hide disability and not sure if it is supposed to be informed in SOP?

Your father's land and property are not ties for you. If you own any property in your own name or have assets yourself - that would be a tie. If you have an employer who is willing to give you a job once you complete your studies in Canada - that can be shown as a tie. Otherwise you have to explain in your SOP why you want to study in Canada and how this will help you with your career in your home country.

For your disability, what I would avoid doing is saying that you can't get proper access to schools or facilities in your home country. This may make IRCC concerned that you are looking to make a permanent move here.

I do not have an asset on my name, but have it on father's name.
And for disability, I would not be saying at all that I had issues with moving or facilities, because that is not the truth actually. I just wanted to disclose disability to avoid future inconvenience like hiding of information or so. That's why I want to disclose it, but what is the ideal way to do so?

There is no need to disclose disability unless one of the forms asks you to, I don't think it does, if there is any issue it would be picked up during medical.

Okay.
If my father has deposited living cost+ one year fees to show in my bank account statement. Then what's the ideal way to justify it? Is it through gift deed or affidavit? Other than tax returns and source of income which are must anyways.
