I want answer from some one for my situation Singapore ???

I have sponsored my husband for Canadian Immigration under spouse category who is living in Bangladesh. My sponsorship application approved on September 2014 and my file transferred to visa office in Singapore on October 2014. My husband received letter requesting for medical exam report and Passport and landing fee. After completion of medical exam, my husband sent his passport along with landing fee receipts to Canadian high commission, Singapore through their nominated visa processing center in Bangladesh. Canadian visa section in Singapore received passport on Feb 27, 2015 and notified my husband by email. I would like to mention here that my application was processed by a law farm in Canada.
Four month has been past, my husband did not get his passport back. We have also sent email to Canadian High Commission in Singapore to know the status when my husband can get back passport with visa, but unfortunately we did not get any response from them. My lawyer has also sent an e-mail to them to know the status but did not get any reply. In this situation I phoned to call center in Canada and they told me that they have no control over outside visa office and they do not have any information about it .

This is my present situation.

Anybody has the answer for the following questions :

How long it takes to get back passport with visa from Canadian High commission, Singapore ?????

Where can I contact in Canada for the information regarding outside Canada visa office for my status ?

You can try contacting your MP to see if he or she can help. Some are very helpful with immigration questions, and can often get information more easily than we can.
