I used my one single entry immigration visa

Hi all
I used my one time reentry visa issued for immigrants before it expires crossing by land which I had to no flight available cuz of God knows what. Officer gave me a rough time stamped my passport no signature on copr. Am I officially a PR? I took my doc to service canada they don't give me ssn because lack of signature on my copr copy. Ofcourse office had taken the copy with photo himself. Not sure what I should do

The COPR does need to be signed. Go back to the border or Pearson and be as nice as possible and explain what happened and that you need to do flagpoling
