I submit paper application for Visitor Record for a week but no reesponse yet

Good day everyone. I submit paper application for visitor record or extend my stay in canada due to covid 19 but i havent heard. Any advice what should i do? Is office close? Do they get my application? Or Should i resubmit online application? Or Wait. My visa will expire on 31st of May this year. Thanks and be safe everyone. God Bless

Expect several months before you hear anything. You should have sent the package with tracking or applied online to ensure that they received the app.

What you mean tracking? I sent it through UPS.

You don't need to apply again.

Hi Guys,

I will be applying for my mom's travel record since it will be 6 month on June 5th. It's pretty much impossible to find any flights due to COVD. Do you guys have any suggestions what I can mention in the explanation letter in addition to that?
