i send a New Application After Refused,Refused Reason my spouse not Reside a canda when the Filling the application,my Relationship is approved but my spouse not eligible this reason. and Resently my born baby in canda my spouse back canda & continued job.
My Questaion Refused Reason cic Check only or Totally Application again check background etc..?
