In personal history or job experience period i have mention from date 05-2005 to 06-2009 and the application sent in first week of july,09. Pls advise and further what if my wife dont want to give details of sibblings.

you should have asked this question before sending the application. not after sending the application. not sure how this is going to affect your application. they may send the application back to you to specify the dates more clearly. but just wait and see. as for your wife doesn't want to specify her siblings name, this is called misrepresentation. better specify all the names.

I am repeating my reply to make it firm that you have to give details of all the siblings. In case you do not have their addresses or they live in another country, you may only mention the city and country name in address column. Their names or personal record is not related to you.

This is an important information which is required by CHC, you can not conceal or avoid. It has an impact on your process for misrepresenting, it can cancel your immigration/citizenship at any stage of your life.

DO U KNOW WHAT DOCUMENTS WE NEED TO SEND AS NOTARIZED. I AM ASKING COZ I HAVE DONE MY GRADUATION IN UK FOR WHICH MY CERTIFICATE IS IN ENGLISH. BUT MY SCHOOL & COLLEGE CERTIFICATE ARE IN ENGLISH TRANSLATION. SHOULD I SEND THESE TANSLATION'S ORIINAL COPY B NOTARIZED OR I CAN SEND THE PHOTOCOPY OF THESES TRANSLATIONS NOTARIZED

Dear Bro,

First of all I am not an expert, but as I utilize a consultant, I learnt a bit. In fact I bugged my consultant so much that he sarcastically offered me a position to work with him in evenings, which of course I could not accept. You would still need an expert opinion from some one else.

You will have to get your translations notarized , and send along with original ones. Generally speaking, its the educational certificates which are in other than English language, Birth certificates, Nikah Nama (marriage contract). Other notarized documents could be your job contract copy (without sending the original), Pay slips and the Tax return copy (without sending the original) if you wish to attach. Your UK education may need to be accredited by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan for its validity, but if education is done from a reputed university and accredition not possible from HEC, then CHC could take longer time in verification.
