I received refugee claimant sheet

After I entered to Canada I received refugee claimant sheet which expire in 2023 and also I get medical examinations document and I apply for welfare.
Whats next step ? My question is this when they give me medical examinations documents it means my refugee claimant accept or not ?

No you have not received an answer on your asylum request. It may take up to 2 years to get a response. You my get lucky and get processed faster. Nobody can tell you. There are usually many months where you will not hear anything.
