I'm just curious about the part where it says " ... you are entitled to submit a complaint regarding the processing of your request to the information Commissioner .... ". That is just regarding the processing of the notes right?

Yes, you are correct. That statement is in the cover letter for the ATIP notes, and it says to report complaints to the Information Commissioner, who has nothing to do with immigration cases.

So... you do like it? you really don't seem to.

You need to be patient. It's a long and stressful process. Everyone here understands that, but you ordered your notes very early, and were being given very bad advice. I have already told you what to look for in your notes since you decided to get them so early (any sign of the relationship assessment). The best thing you can do is try to calm down, wait, and relax. As I said earlier, other people might go through the process quicker, but you are well within normal processing times.

I am not sure what kind of game you are playing but i can tell you that i feel no anger at all or impatience. I simply ask for information to help me read some of the notes in all these pages. (Ie: online websites etc)

If you cannot help me with that simple question, please leave me alone. That is as simple as that buddy. Quite honestly you seem like you have issues. I am calm and i have no problem with the wait time at all.

Yes that would be for if you had a complaint about how the notes were processed and sent to you :)
