i question visa in vietnam?

Dear ,i am vietnamese .i application form full just in May i start learning English at school Alberta ,but Visa not sent me?now in April .why did not Visa? you answer me.that's ok.Help me!!!!!!!

I think my answer is late but the fact of having a school booked to learn english does not guaranteed you a student visa.
